You are not alone, and what you are going through can change. I have been listening to, and guiding people since I was very young. Now, as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist, and Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, I combine my knowledge of mind, body, and spirit in individual, couples, parenting, and relational therapy.
