People, and their problems, are complex, but not impossible to unravel. Therapy will help uncover your unique strengths, in order to make the changes you need to prosper. You are not alone.

COUPLES

Partnered relationships are the ones that are supposed to be the strongest. Or are they...? Together with your partner in therapy, explore what it means to be a couple. Find the right pacing to make decisions together, without leaving your individuality behind.

STRESS

Stress tells us to act... now! In therapy, you will learn how to slow down. And in the process of slowing, deeper and more reliable ways of managing stress will emerge.

GRIEF & LOSS

Grief and loss appear in many forms: the loss of identity after a lay-off, the loss of community after a move, the loneliness after the death of a loved one. Healing and renewal throughout grief and loss are possible.

ANXIETY
RELATIONSHIP ISSUES

Friends, family, neighbors, work colleagues... these are all people who participate in your life. Therapy is a place to discover strategies to develop the relationships that are important to you... and make room for new ones.

Worry, cycling thoughts, repetitive behaviors, and feelings of being easily overwhelmed are changeable. Therapy will help you learn alternatives to enable you to participate in your life more fully.

PARENTING DIFFICULTIES

Every stage of development presents different parenting challenges that seem never-ending. Caring for others is exhausting. Therapy will help you grow, and in the process, realize you are not expected to have all the answers.

Anger masks hurt, fear, or both. Therapy is a safe place to explore what is at the root of your anger, who it is affecting, and how you can transform your anger into understanding.
